My Timeline

2019-2023
After 2019 Chinese Entrance Exam in College (GAOKAO), I joined a top 30 University in Chinese Mainland with top 5% score among 400,000 Jiangsu Province exam participants, where I majored in Industrial Engineering.

I have received 3 years of Scholarships for Spiritual Civilization, Entrepreneurship, and Excellence in Learning, and maintained GPA of 3.88/4, ranked 7/84.

Related Coursework: Information Technology, Calculus 1 & 2, Linear Algebra 1 & 2, Statistics, Advanced mathmatics ( in Physics and Engineering), Operations Research, Game Theory, etc.
2020-2022
I develpoed interest in mathmatic modeling competitions in my Sophomore year. I engaged in 4 major competitions both national and worldwide, including:

1. Meritorious Winner(9%) 2022 COMAP’s Mathematical Contest in Modeling
Our team (of 3 Juniors) developed a sophisticated LSTM neural network model to predict gold and Bitcoin prices, implemented an original dynamic programming model for trading strategies for gold and Bitcoin.

2. Champion with $5,000 prize, out of 120+ teams in China Merchants Bank Cup Financial Mathematical Modeling Competition
Our team (of 2 Juniors) conducted comprehensive financial research in stock market shareholder ROI, daily profit, geographical location, and historical transactions data, provided strategic insights and visualization using Tableau and Numpy into corporate buy-sell behaviors.
2023.6
I officially joined BOSCH Suzhou as an summer intern in Autonomus Driving Department .

I  took 1 month to develope an executable for managing supplychain group inventory spreadsheets using Numpy and Openpyxl, reducing daily supplychain planning workload of 1 day to nearly 2 hours.

‍I also built machine learning models using OpenCV, PyTorch, and Tensor Flow, to create tools for radar OCR and sensors defectdetection, improving 10% accuracy and 60% efficiency, conducted testing and evaluation of the models to ensure their accuracy and robustness.
Later on, I joined Alibaba Group in Hangzhou, where I participated as a fall SWE intern.

I migrated the core product to a React and TailwindCSS stack from Angular JS using agile methodology within our marketing group, producing about 4 pull requests per sprint for 6 sprints to modernize the tech stack.

I created robust, reusable components with 50+ automated tests using Selenium, React Testing Library, and CypressIdentified and resolved 20+ bugs in JSP and Angular resulting in fulfilled client requests and better user experience.
2019-2022
I enjoyed debating (Mandarin only) as my extra curriculum activity that I am always thrilled at asking questions and using facts, logic and experience to support opinions. I feel good at speaking clearly, conveying positivity, and being sociable.

I was elected as Chair of School Debate Team after 1 year of debate training & competitions against our friend colleges & schools and started to resume responsibilities in organizing Freshman Debate Competition and Orientation in 2020. I was retired after 2022.6 when I received the Award for Outstanding Student Leader by Soochow University.

I cherish the time when we discuss thoughts freely with young peers, some of whom became my bestfriends.
2023.8
I was engaged in an student non-profit called 'Unstoppable Project' (derived by famous Feiyue Plan).

I acted as CTO and developed and managed a global platform for Asian international students worldwide, encompassing website management and WeChat Mini Program administration. Offered C2C mentorship, long-form articles, "Offer Talk" feature, lifestyle sharing, and study partner matching.Utilized MySQL, Vue.js, and IntelliJ IDEA in development. Grew user base to 500+ active members. Achieved a 30% increase in user engagement through UI/UX enhancements and personalized content recommendations.

I came to Atlanta in 2023.8, finishing my degree in China with 270+ hours of volunteering and my Bachelor's thesis in EVs Route Design, and begun my new journey in GT CSE ISyE.

I collaborated between the ISyE and the School of Architecture in contributing to a sustainable bottled water plant for Bahamas Environment, Science & Technology Commission, managed extensive datasets in GT PACE cloud environment, utilized GT simulator in test-running and finally achieved 79.2% of market penetration, 75% of demand fulfilled at 99% service level and 42 days overhead.

Also, I compiled and visualized results using Tableau and Matplotlib to 50+ Professors, officers and fellow researchers.
